The Carfax report that goes with the car mentions seven previous owners in Missouri and Florida. According to the report, there was an accident with another vehicle in 2004 with damage to the right side. Besides, the report mentions a mileage inconsistency, as the current odometer reading of 111,000 miles conflicts with the mileage history. In May 2021, the car passed a safety inspection and has a clear title in Texas.

The 1999 Chevrolet S-10 first had a 2.2-liter V8 engine. One of the previous owners replaced the original 2.2-liter engine with a 5.7-liter V8 small-block LS1, an engine that GM used it in high-performance vehicles such as the Chevrolet Camaro and Corvette, among others. Reportedly, the engine in this S-10 comes from a 2004 Pontiac GTO. The GM 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission goes with the engine.

As part of the conversion, the truck received new front coilovers, AFCO Racing rear shocks, Spohn Performance tubular control arms, and Calvert Racing CalTracs traction bars. Other modifications include a cowl-induction hood, a flush-fitting tailgate, rear bumper cover molding, and LED tail lamps along with fender flares, side molding, and tinted glass.

Apart from the above, some important listing details include a FAST LSXR 102 intake manifold, MagnaFuel ProTuner fuel pump, and an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator. The exhaust system features electrically operated cutouts and there are 20" ten-spoke Niche wheels with Toyo Proxes ST III tires (255/35 front and 275/40 rear).

Matching the outer appearance, the cabin interior features gray upholstery, a black dashboard, door panels, and carpeting with all-weather floor mats. A four-spoke steering wheel with the Chevrolet bowtie logo frames the instrument cluster with a 100 mph speedometer, digital odometer, a tachometer, and fuel, voltage, oil, and coolant temperature gauges. Other highlights include power windows, air conditioning, and a Pioneer CD stereo.
