Now in its second generation, the Audi RS7 is one of the market’s most popular full-size sports sedans. Launched in 2019 the new RS7 brings a more aggressive exterior look, and an updated, more powerful engine. There aren’t many things you can upgrade for the RS7, so, as expected, any special edition will only bring exterior and interior changes. The latest RS7 exclusive edition will add exclusive design enhancements to the exterior and an updated interior look, but the engine stays the same. Only 23 units will be offered, and Audi will start taking orders in late summer of 2022.

The new RS 7 exclusive edition offers no updates under the hood. This means it will be powered by the same 4.0-liter TFSI® bi-turbo V-8 engine that delivers 591 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds, but, unlike the standard RS7, top speed is limited to 190 mph. In the RS7, this speed was optional. This was possible thanks to the addition of Ceramic brakes sized 17.3 inches up front and 14.6 inches in the back. They come with blue painted calipers. As standard equipment, the RS7 exclusive edition will be offered with Dynamic Ride Control suspension, and a Sport exhaust system.

The RS 7 exclusive edition is painted in a special paint called Mamba Black. It is in fact a sophisticated bold black paint with undertones of blue. A carbon option package gives the car an even more aggressive look. It includes black Audi rings and badges, carbon exterior mirrors, front spoiler, and rear diffuser elements. The car will ride on 22-inch wheels in V-spoke design and finished gloss anthracite. They are wrapped in 285/30 ZR22 summer performance tires.

The cabin is trimmed in a combination of black leather and Dinamica with contrasting Sepang blue stitching. Audi is also adding an extended leather package that applies the premium material to the door armrests, center console trim, upper door panels, and the upper dashboard. Like the rest of the cabin, they are finished in black leather with Sepang blue stitching. The same black leather with blue stitching is applied to both the front seats and the floor mats.

The 2022 Audi RS 7 exclusive edition is limited to only 23 units. Each will have a starting price of $165,400, excluding $1,095 destination charge. The model will be available to order starting late summer of 2022.
