Servizzy has created one stop shop for all car related needs of their B2B & B2C customers through a user friendly mobile and web application. They have partnered with quality service centres across the country to bring in standardisation by providing them technology to provide a uniform experience across their partner network.

This Gurugram based startup is operational in 16 cities with over 26 company controlled and quality assured service centers & is aiming to change the procedure of how multi-brand car garages offer services to its end customers in India buy bringing in tech to provide a real time digital status of the car repairs / Job cards/ service history. Every car is assigned a QR code that offer details about the vehicle every time it goes for servicing / repairs, all are recorded digitally in their mobile app. Servizzy’s seamless service experience is also backed by a team of handpicked certified service engineers who carry past experience of working with premium and luxury car brands.

In the coming future, Servizzy plans to partner up with different multi-brand garages in the country and establish 200 such centers over the next 2- 3 years and aim to create employment for more than 3000 + service engineers in the country. “The plan is to expand on skilled garage technicians who are well versed with the latest in automotive technology and have the ability to provide quality service to customers who come in for car service in the country. ” added Himanshu(Founder) who himself comes in from the automotive industry. With the no. of Servizzy centres booming across the country, the brand is now focused on Launching SERVIZZY SPARES, offering its OES quality products in their car garages to bring in economies for garage partners.
